We understand that everyone is concerned about Coronavirus. And we are as well, which is why we are taking precautions to keep our clients and our staff safe.
Although we are considered an essential business, we feel that the safety of our staff and clients warrants the closing of our office. Our entire team is working remotely and we're doing our best continue to provide outstanding service to all of our clients. If you have tax documents to deliver or need to communicate with our team, please do so through your client portal.
In addition, we highly recommend that you visit the Florida Department of Health website for current guidelines on good hygiene practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other respiratory diseases: http://www.floridahealth.gov/. Our main focus is the continued good health of everyone!
We are also concerned about your financial well-being. With this in mind, we've decided to change the order of workflow in our office. Historically, we've prepared tax returns on a first-come, first-served basis. We will now attempt to give returns with refunds priority over returns with tax due. We believe this can help those in financial distress while allowing us to complete other returns by the new July 15 due date. If you have any concerns regarding a large fluctuation in income that could affect your recovery check, please let us know and we'll work with you to determine the best filing strategy.
